Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have passed, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
- Item must be unused, in the same condition and in its original packaging.
- Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Partial refunds may apply
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CD/DVD/VHS/software/video game/cassette/vinyl
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund is processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days (processing times vary by bank).

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us at support@therockp.com and send the item to: [us].
Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, refund goes to the gift giver.
Shipping returns

- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
- Consider a trackable service or insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
